Wood used in Cooling Tower is Pinewood, either from New Zealand or Germany. The wood is cut to size, fabricated and chemically treated with CCA solution by full cell process as per IS 401. This way, the wood lasts a minimum of 10 years in a Harsh Cooling Tower Environment.

SIZE SELECTION : Select bigger section first, followed by smaller section and lastly length of wood.

RECOMMENDATION FOR SPLASH BAR : We suggest that you opt for ‘PVC splash bars’ if your Cooling Tower fill height is upto 2.5M OR ‘PVC V Bar’. Besides being economical, these are non-breakable, easy to clean and reduces algae formation.

FABRICATION : If any section needs fabrication, i.e. Tongue & Groove, Notching for Louver post, etc., Just mention if in the ‘Specifications’ section. We will do it before treatment at no extra cost.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE : Minimum order value for wooden sections should be INR. 50000 for India. Minimum order value for wooden sections should be USD. 1500 for other Nations.
