Yes, in case of standard products, by sending a written request at least 24 hours before scheduled despatch. For any delayed despatch, we will seek your reconfirmation.
All payments are secured on our e-commerce portal. We accept credit card/ debit card payments. You may also opt for Direct Bank Transfer, Net-banking, UPI and NEFT/RTGS/TT. as per your comfort.
You can also download Proforma Invoice from your Cart and follow the instructions mentioned in it to place your order.

For special items (Gearbox, Treated Wood) made to order, order cancellation is not acceptable.

In the case of exchange needed, the goods should be returned un-used in exchange
for other material within 7 days of goods received by customer.
No exchange acceptable for Gearbox, Treated Wood and PVC fill.
In the case of return, the goods should be returned un-used within 7 days of goods
received by customer. We will refund the money within 7 days of goods received by us.

The replacement or the repair shall be subjected to the manufacturer’s warranty. We will ensure that your product is addressed / repaired at nearest service station of manufacturer.
